The 1505 Series Flat Top Belt with Posi-Track on both sides of the belt (DPT2) is designed for demanding straight-running applications requiring ultimate stability. With Posi-Track guiding on both sides, this belt prevents lateral drift and ensures precise alignment even under heavy loads. Manufactured from durable Low Friction Acetal and PBT pins, it’s built to perform across wide temperature ranges and is pre-assembled to width for easy installation.
High-performance marine green acetal offers superior wear resistance and dimensional stability. Polypropylene pins add flexibility and chemical durability.
Double Posi-Track System Integrated tracking guides on both sides for maximum lateral control.
Flat Top Plate Provides a stable and even conveying surface.
High Load Handling Up to 1000 N/m at 21°C in both wet and dry conditions.
