Flat Top With Posi Track (DPT) ASSEMBLED TO WIDTH (ATW) - (IMPERIAL)
The 1505 Series Flat Top Posi-Track belt offers enhanced lateral stability with its Posi-Track guiding system (on one side of the belt), making it ideal for applications where belt tracking is critical. Made from durable Low Friction Acetal with PBT pins, this belt includes 8.7mm top plates and is supplied assembled to width (ATW). It’s available in standard imperial sizes and offers dependable strength and performance across a wide temperature range.
Tough marine green acetal for excellent wear resistance and low friction, combined with polypropylene pins for added flexibility and chemical resistance.
Integrated Posi-Track Guides Built-in lateral tracking system keeps the belt centered during operation.
Flat Top Surface Ideal for smooth and stable product handling.
High Load Capacity Supports working loads up to 1000 N/m in dry and wet conditions.
Dual-Sided Option Available Available with Posi-Track on one or both sides (DPT-1 / DPT-2).
Temperature Resistant Works between -40°C to +102°C.
Assembled to Width (ATW) Delivered pre-assembled, ready for installation.
