This 1005 Series combines multiple high-performance features: a flat top surface with embedded RubberTop strips (VG) for increased friction, double Posi-Track (DPT2) on both sides of the belt for precise belt tracking, and side indent to guide and retain products during movement. This system is designed for heavy-duty applications requiring secure product handling, reliable belt alignment, and seamless integration in incline/decline conveyor layouts. Constructed from XLG (extra low friction acetal), it ensures minimal wear and optimal energy efficiency.
