Modular Conveyor Belts
The 1040 Series FTM Flat Top Magnetic-Flex belt delivers high-performance side-flexing capability combined with magnetic retention for maximum stability on radius conveyors. Its flat top surface offers smooth and stable product handling, while the magnetic-flex hinge design ensures secure tracking when used with magnetic conveyor tracks. Engineered using either XLG Acetal (Marine Green) or NGE Dry Advanced Polymer Alloy (Grey Blue), both with ferritic stainless-steel pins, this belt provides low friction, high strength, and reliable operation in both dry and wet conditions. With a working load of 2000 N/m, a minimum radius of 500 mm, and a standard width of 83.8 mm (K33.0), this belt is purpose-built for demanding curved and serpentine conveying environments.
