The 5080 Series Straight running Flat Top is a high-performance modular conveyor belt, offering straight running functionality with a solid, continuous surface for smooth product handling. Built from strong and durable Polypropylene (PPW/PPB) or cold-resistant Polyethylene (NPE), this belt is ideal for industrial and hygienic applications. Designed with a superior underneath drive bar, it ensures optimal engagement with sprockets for consistent performance. It’s suitable for applications requiring high working loads and minimal product movement during transport.
PPW (White) / PPB (Blue): Polypropylene with PBT pins for chemically intensive and heavy-duty applications, NPE (Natural): Polyethylene with polyethylene pins for cold/freezing environments
Solid Flat Top Surface: Ensures product stability during transfer
High Load Capacity: Up to 15000 N/m depending on material
Superior Sprocket Engagement: Underneath drive bar improves traction and tracking
Minimal Backflex Radius: Suitable for tight conveyor designs (87 mm)
